Senior Odoo Consultant

• Business process analysis: in-depth study, assessment, structuring, and documentation of client requirements.
• Process mapping: analyzing current-state (AS-IS) processes and precisely mapping them onto Odoo's standard modules (TO-BE).
• System configuration: configuring Odoo's core modules (Sales, CRM, Accounting/Finance, Inventory/Logistics, Manufacturing, HR, Projects) to match the client's business logic.
• Bridging business and developers: working closely with the technical team to define functional requirements and protocols.
• Testing (UAT): preparing test cases and organizing the testing process together with end users.
• Go-live and optimization: full support through the implementation rollout.
• Knowledge transfer: training users and creating manuals and quick-start guides.
• Support: managing ongoing issues, diagnosing problems, and proposing effective solutions.
• Product development: contributing to the improvement of BeeWise's in-house product and generating new ideas.

Experience

• At least 2-3 years of hands-on experience consulting on and implementing Odoo or another leading ERP system (Mid/Senior level); practical Odoo implementation experience is a strong advantage.
• End-to-end implementation experience - from initial requirements gathering through go-live.

Technical & functional skills

• Business process modeling (AS-IS and TO-BE diagrams; knowledge of the BPMN standard is a plus).
• Strong command of configuration.
• Deep, architectural knowledge of Odoo's core modules is a strong advantage.
