What does accounting outsourcing include and what stays on our side?
By default BeeWise takes over bookkeeping, payroll, tax filings and reporting. Your side keeps timely delivery of source documents and business decisions. The exact boundaries are written down at the start and can change as the business grows.
Which standard is used for financial reporting in Georgia?
Under the Law of Georgia on Accounting, Reporting and Auditing, entities apply IFRS, IFRS for SMEs or the simplified standard for fourth-category entities, depending on their size category. BeeWise determines which standard applies to your company and prepares the statements accordingly.
What is an outsourced CFO and when do I need one?
An outsourced CFO is an experienced finance manager engaged part-time: budgets, cash flow forecasts, management reporting and financial models for investors or banks. It is needed when you already have the accounting numbers but nobody is responsible for analysing and planning with them.
Can our accounting be kept in Odoo?
Yes. If your company uses Odoo or plans to move to it, bookkeeping runs in the Odoo accounting module and sales, purchasing, inventory and finance come together in one system. One team sets up the system and keeps the books.
How are documents exchanged and how does communication work?
We agree on the document format and calendar: electronic document flow, RS.ge e-waybills and invoices, bank statements. Communication runs through a responsible accountant, with the tax and finance team involved in complex matters.
