We're looking for a Junior Odoo Consultant who's excited about business process automation, thinks analytically, and wants to grow in one of the most in-demand fields in the country. Responsibilities

Documenting business processes: gathering, structuring, and describing client requirements together with senior consultants.
Process mapping: building current-state (AS-IS) and future-state (TO-BE) process diagrams and schemas.
Basic system configuration: configuring and testing Odoo modules (Sales, CRM, Inventory, Accounting/Invoicing, etc.) under a mentor's guidance.
Taking part in UAT: preparing test cases, logging issues, and supporting the testing process.
User support and training: preparing instructions and guides for client staff, and providing first-line technical/functional support.
Data preparation: processing the client's existing data (products, partners, balances) in Excel and importing it into Odoo.

Requirements

Education & experience

Higher education (or final-year student) in business administration, finance, economics, information technology (IT), or data analytics.
Basic/theoretical knowledge of ERP systems, or user-level experience, is a strong advantage.
Up to 1 year of experience in business analysis, data processing, or IT support.

Technical & functional skills

Strong command of MS Excel / Google Sheets (formulas, structuring data).
Basic knowledge of process visualization / diagramming.

Personal qualities

A drive to keep deepening your knowledge.
Analytical thinking and data-driven decision-making.
Attention to detail and a strong sense of responsibility.
Fluent communication in Georgian (English at B2 level).
Ability to work in a team and take initiative.
